ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Glenn Mattson is President of Mattson Enterprise Inc. (MEI), a Sandler Training® consulting and training firm specializing in sales and management productivity and effectiveness. The firm conducts public and private workshops, corporate programs and one on one strategic session for corporate executives, business owners and/or individuals who find themselves in the sales/management role. The company provides on-going support, reinforcement and networking through an alliance of business and sales professionals.

Glenn helps individuals who are on their own, or part of a larger organization, overcome the roadblocks keeping them from reaching their definition of success.  He feels if you know the "Why" you can overcome the "How." Glenn follows a simple process of defining where his client wishes "to be" in comparison to his/her current "as is" status.  Once an understanding of the gap is agreed upon, the plan to connect the two is unique to the individual attitudes, behaviors and techniques that need to be developed.  He followed this process back in high school when he owned his first company. His success in running his business while bringing in new clients led to that business dominating the market. He accomplished this while attending college at Marist.  He graduated with degrees in Public Relations; Organizational Communication and Development; Psychology and Sports Physiology.

Glenn joined the Sandler family when he started working with TEM Associates, after selling his business upon his graduation from college.  He quickly became the top associate in the United States.  After years of being the top US associate, Glenn became the top associate worldwide.  He assisted TEM Associates in becoming one of Sandler's most successful world-wide franchisee teams.

Glenn felt that starting his own Sandler business in 2008 was a natural place to go after being with TEM Associates for a decade. He is still focused on working hand-in-hand with salespeople, managers and business owners who want to attain an increase in their efficiency and effectiveness through development that evolves into lasting change. Typical increase in efficiency and effectiveness experienced from Glenn's clients range around 30-80%.
